Artists love Ibiza and come in many guises. The quality of light attracts the myriad of painters and sculptors that make up the populous Art Club of Ibiza while the ambience, lifestyle and fascinating residents provide writers with the seedbed for their literary offerings.

So, as if to prove a point, we introduce you here to a new book by Luke Mitchell, an author who has lived on the island for 25 years. The author resides on Ibiza and has pledged that a substantial percentage of the profits generated by the sale of his novel will be donated to Cambodian land mine victims.
